Questions affiliates ask
Do I need to be a paying customer?
No. A free UTMTool account gives you the affiliate dashboard and your link.
How long does a referral stay attributed to me?
60 days from their last visit through your link. If someone else's link is used more recently, that visit counts.
How long do I earn from one customer?
12 months from that customer's first payment, including renewals and upgrades in that period.
What if the customer gets a refund?
Refunded or charged-back payments do not earn commission. That is why commissions wait 35 days.
When do I get paid?
Save your payout details. Once commissions have cleared their 35-day hold and three different referred customers have paid, your balance enters our monthly payout review. Businesses must provide an invoice.
